With a passion for excellence and authenticity, Chef Latoya transforms traditional Jamaican dishes into elevated culinary experiences. Every plate is crafted with intention, flavor, and a commitment to doing things the right way.From intimate dining moments to full experience-based events, her cooking is more than food — it’s connection, culture, and creativity on every plate.

As the architect behind the restaurant’s operational framework, Michael oversees financial strategy, customer experience, and the seamless integration of technology, ensuring the business runs efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service. Having previously served as General Manager at Dutch Pot, Moniqua brings valuable hospitality experience, operational leadership, and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction to her role.
As Director of Catering & Events, Moniqua oversees event coordination, client relations, and catering execution with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. Her caring spirit, leadership presence, and excitement for delivering exceptional experiences help ensure that every event reflects the hospitality, excellence, and family atmosphere that define the Dutch Oven Caribbean Kitchen brand.
